If for any reason you are not satisfied, we aim to work with you to resolve your problem by amending your orthotic custom insoles on free of charge within 90 Days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customised products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, as per your request.
